Bicycles shipped directly to your home are 85% assembled and require basic tools for final setup. However, bikes purchased for in-store pickup are professionally assembled and safety-checked by our technicians at no extra cost.

What is your return policy for cycling gear?

We offer a 30-day return window for most unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, helmets and high-performance components cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
